UNILITE polycarbonate (PC) skylights are made of a thermoplastic weather-resistant material. Acrylic coating protects against the sun's ultraviolet rays, preventing them from penetrating. The skylight is built in layers, which both makes it durable and gives it optimal insulation properties and long service life. The polycarbonate is enclosed in extruded aluminium profiles incl. sealing tapes, which act as a seal between skylight and frame and eliminates the thermal bridge. UNILITE PC skylights are a great solution for industrial and production buildings. PC skylights can be supplied in a number of standard sizes and both as fixed and openable for fire or comfort ventilation. Components for openable versions are not included in this EPD.
