Langkjær Staalbyg A/S is an owner-managed, make-to-order company with 50 years of experience in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of load-bearing steel structures for building, civil engineering, and industrial projects. The EPD covers the average for painted and galvanized structural steel, respectively.

Langkjær Staalbyg offers calculations for project-specific EPDs. The EPDs are developed and calculated using an in-house 'tool' running alongside the project, and must subsequently be verified in accordance with EN15804+A2 and EPD Danmark's requirements to be considered a valid EPD.
