Fermacell® Powerpanel H2O

Fermacell Powerpanel H2O is a cement-based, inorganic board with light aggregates in the core. It has a cover layer on each side, in which an alkali-resistant reinforcing mesh is laid.

Specially developed with a view to forming a substrate for facade plaster in ventilated external wall constructions and as an inorganic board for wet rooms/moist environments.

Fermacell Powerpanel H2O is used as a facade panel in a ventilated facade construction, if it is subsequently plastered over with a suitable thin plaster system.

Fermacell Powerpanel H2O is mounted on a substructure of wooden or steel frame usually c/c 600mm.

In wet rooms, only one layer of Powerpanel H2O is used, however c/c 300mm.

Powerpanel H2O is also resistant to sustained high temperatures of up to 100°C, which makes the panel suitable for use around built-in stoves and behind ordinary stoves.
