Product description and product use

Injection molded products (UN CPC code 36) manufactured by AVK Plast—either under own license or contractual agreement—at their production facility in Ribe, Denmark. These products are all produced by injection molding using the following 15 different primary input materials:

• Polypropylene (PP)

• Recycled polypropylene (rPP)
• Polyethylene (PE)
• Recycled polyethylene (rPE)
• Polyamide 6 (PA6)
• Polyoxymethylene (POM)
• Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS)
• Recycled acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (rABS)
• Polystyrene (PS)
• Polyamide 66 (PA66)
• Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA)
• Recycled acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (rASA)
• Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)
• Recycled thermoplastic polyurethane (rTPU)
• Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)

Additionally, they may vary in the use of the following additives:

• Glass fiber (up to 30–40% of the declared unit)
• Talcum (up to 30–40% of the declared unit)
• Two types of masterbatch compositions (up to 5% of the declared unit)

These additives are included to achieve specific material properties in the products. They may include foaming agents, UV stabilizers, or moisture absorbers.
